CONSUMER RIGHTS – CANCELLATION – RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
1. If you place an order through the website you are using in electronic form, you will be deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other current legal regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3. Shipping costs, which are the product shipment expenses, will be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, along with any warranty documents, user manuals, and similar documents.
6. In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days from the time they become aware of it. The total amount must also be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
1. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CREDIT CARD FOR PURCHASING:
1. If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used fraudulently by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered, and if the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:
1. If unforeseeable force majeure circumstances arise and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be communicated to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if the payment has been made in cash, the full amount will be refunded to them within 14 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer has made the payment with a credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to transfer it to the buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
1. The Buyer will examine the goods/services before receiving them; they will not accept damaged or defective goods/services, such as those that are crushed, broken, or have torn packaging, from the cargo company. The delivered goods/services will be deemed to be accepted as undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully preserve the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1. The BUYER; may withdraw from the contract without assuming any legal and penal liability, and without providing any justification, by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days following the delivery date to themselves or to the person/organization they designated, provided they notify the SELLER through the contact details below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1. If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts in which the service performance has started with the consent of the consumer before the withdrawal period expires.
2. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in written form via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of "Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised" as set forth in this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1. The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER, (If the invoice for the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent back together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Returns for orders invoiced to institutions cannot be completed unless the RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
2. The return form, along with the box, packaging, and if any, standard accessories of the products to be returned must be delivered completely and without damage.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
1. The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and the documents that put the BUYER into debt within a maximum of 10 days after the notification of withdrawal reaches him and to receive the goods within 20 days.
2. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for the damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deterioration resulting from the proper use of the goods or products during the withdrawal period.
3. If the limit amount set by the SELLER for a campaign is reduced as a result of the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount obtained during the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
1. Products prepared according to the wishes or personal needs of the BUYER and not suitable for return, underwear, swimwear, makeup products, single-use items, products that may spoil quickly or may expire, products that, if returned after the BUYER opens the package, are unsuited for return for health and hygiene reasons, products that cannot be separated from others upon delivery, except for those provided under subscription agreements, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, as well as sound or visual recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, materials used in computers, returns of which are impossible if the packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Additionally, it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires according to the regulations.
2. Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, and stationery supplies (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and untried to be eligible for return.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
1. If the BUYER falls into default in case of payment transactions made via credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest according to the credit card agreement with the bank they hold the card with and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank can resort to legal means; they can request any arising costs and attorney fees from the BUYER, and in any case where the BUYER falls into default due to debt, the BUYER agrees to pay for the damages and losses suffered by the SELLER due to delayed performance of the debt.
